Five Reasons NOT to Use Clamp Together Duct

Benefits of clamp together ductworkSo, not in a hurry? Don’t need to save money?!

You need to know these five reasons NOT to use Clamp Together Duct!

1. You have all the time in the world.

Clamp Together Duct installs 70% faster than flanged or spiral ductwork. Clamp Together Duct's rolled lip end, adjustable sleeve, and universal clamp design eliminates the need for cutting, bolting, welding, or riveting pipes together.

If you've got time to spare, pass on Clamp Together Duct!

2. You enjoy the work of finding skilled laborers who know how to measure, cut, fit, and weld.

Self-installers and contractors love Clamp Together Duct because of the simplicity of installation! The standard pipe length is 5' long, but it can be cut down (using something as simple to operate as a Sawzall) depending on how much pipe is needed. Because the system uses an 11" adjustable sleeve, cutting doesn't need to be exact and pipes can be reused or reconfigured.

If you enjoy spending your time finding skilled laborers, don't consider Clamp Together Duct!

3. You are crazy about using lots of screws, bolts, and nuts.

The simple clamp locks the duct segments together in a snap. An over-center latch securely tightens the contoured band around the rolled lip edges of the components, sealing them tightly and securely. Need to move or modify the layout of your ducting system? Just release the clamp and you're ready to make adjustments.

If you love dealing with screws, bolts, and nuts, don't use Clamp Together Duct!

4. A snug, tight fit isn’t important.

The rubber seal inside the clamp and the optional lip gasket makes creating a tight seal easy. Clamp Together Duct creates a secure seal, but US Tubing is even more airtight — thanks to its Vantsone ends and v-shaped gaskets.

If you aren't looking for the tight fit of Clamp Together Duct or the Ultimate Seal® of US Tubing, pass on us!

5. You love having cost overruns.

The adjustable sleeve and fast clamp means less waste and more flexibility to make your installation efficient every time! The system is designed to be infinitely adjustable resued, and reinstalled — saving you money when system modificiations need to be made.

If you love having cost overruns, Clamp Together Duct is not for you!

Clamp Together Duct isn’t for everyone…
